About me

Thank you for stopping by! My name is Lorenzo Armendariz, a Central California native who found a home in the wonderful city of Long Beach California. After completing the Disney College program, I graduated with a degree in Business Administration - Finance and spent four years in the accounting Industry. Quickly realizing I missed interacting and connecting with people I made the decision to obtain my real estate license where I could pair my finance degree and passion for helping others. As your realtor my goal is to guide you through your transaction with expertise. I have found that clear communication and transparency limits the headaches and frustration which is why I provide my clients with up to date information through the good and bad.

Coming to Los Angeles as an adult gave me an appreciation for the many cities, neighborhoods, and cultures found throughout Southern California. I’ve lived in many cities from Orange County to West LA and sought to make the most out of every day; like finding local events, eateries, and joining local organizations.

Outside of real estate I can be found exploring, cooking a new recipe, exercising, and enjoying a coffee or an occasional beer with my family and friends. I have an addiction to breakfast burritos and brownies which is why I workout so often.
